Malaysia’s official system provides for employer quota applications
and online foreign-worker processing, including eQuota and eVDR
(Calling Visa) functions through the Foreign Workers Centralised
Management System (FWCMS).

All workers must comply with Malaysian immigration, employment,
medical and security requirements before entering Malaysia for
employment.
