Garden Maintenance Workers are responsible for keeping gardens, landscaped areas, parks, estates, and outdoor green spaces clean, healthy, attractive, and well maintained. The role focuses on the regular care of plants, lawns, trees, shrubs, flower beds, pathways, and other garden features.

Workers should have good physical stamina, practical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in maintaining plants and outdoor environments.

Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, horticulture, nursery work, farming, groundskeeping, or general outdoor maintenance can be an advantage. Familiarity with gardening tools and basic plant care is useful, while some employers may provide practical training according to the requirements of the position.
